I am a lifetime Richmonder and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BA in Business Administration. My introduction to the real estate industry came from my grandfather, J. Guthrie Smith, Realtor Emeritus, and I began my real estate career in 1981. As a native Richmonder, my knowledge of this wonderful city and its surrounding area is something I take great pride in. Having joined Joyner Fine Properties as an Associate Broker in 1986, I  currently serve on the Board of Directors and as a Vice President.  I am also a member of the Board of Directors of Bon Air Joyner Title Company, an affiliate title company. 

The Richmond Association of Realtors (with a membership of over 4000) has recognized me as a “Distinguished Achiever” for more than 34 consecutive years for sales volume. In addition, I have also been honored as one of the Association's top ten REALTORS^®  for sales volume.
